For landlords and property managers

Your properties, leases, and rent — in one place.

Tenur keeps one record per tenancy: the unit, the lease, the tenant, and every rent payment. It tracks what’s paid and what’s overdue, and sends the reminders so you don’t have to.

Overview

One current picture of every tenancy.

One record per tenancy

Unit, lease, tenant, documents, and every rent line in one place, instead of scattered across spreadsheets.

Money recorded as it arrives

A transfer today, the rest next week: partial payments are recorded as-is and set against the oldest dues first.

Exceptions surface early

Overdue rent, upcoming renewals, and vacant units are flagged for you, and reminders go out on schedule.

What's inside

Everything a portfolio has to hold.

Units & occupancy

Every property and unit, its status, and who's in it today.

Leases & renewals

Terms, dates, deposits, and which leases come up for renewal next.

Rent & collections

Dues, payments, arrears aging, and a clean statement per tenancy.

Maintenance & vendors

Requests, work orders, and invoices, tied to the unit they belong to.

Documents

Contracts and receipts filed where you'll look for them: on the unit.

Reporting

Occupancy, collections, and open work, in a form you can share with owners.

How it works

You record the payment. Tenur does the bookkeeping.

  1. A payment is recorded

Amount, date, method — typed in, or imported from the spreadsheet you already keep.

  2. It settles the oldest dues first

Tenur splits the money across open months automatically — February before March.

  3. Every affected month updates

Paid, partial, or overdue — the unit, the building, and the portfolio all show the new status at once.

  4. What's still owed gets a reminder

Overdue rent is tracked by how late it is, and the reminder goes out — once, to the right tenant.

Teams & roles

The right view for every role.

Everyone works from the same records — each role just sees the slice of them it needs.

Owners
The whole portfolio — occupancy, collections, and what's open.
Managers
Leasing, rent, and maintenance for the buildings they run.
Operators
The jobs assigned to them, and nothing else.
Custom roles
Everything in between, with permissions you define.
